Planning Board, Friday, September 9, 1983.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve
a set-off (106-13) as indicated on the map "Andrew Lettieri",
dated March 29, 1983, subject to the filing of covenants and
restrictions stating no further subdivision will be made on
the one-acre business property.
Please forward the application fee in the amount of $50
at your earliest convenience, and a copy of the filed coven-
ants and restrictions to our office.

date the Southold Town Board legislated new zoning require-
ments as noted above, and is therefore being returned.
