As I indicated to you, back in the late 1960's, when Donald and Lorna Tuthill conveyed Lot #22 to Mr. Tuthill's sister, they also conveyed a small triangular portion from the northerly corner of Lot #29, which small triangle is designated as parcel # Ion on our sub-division application. The Building Department refuses now to issue aVacant Land Certificate of Occupancy for the remaining part of Lot #29, without the Planning Board approving the re-mova1 of the small triangle from the northerly corner. I would appreciate the Planning Board, as soon as possib , riting a letter approving this matter as a "set-off", since no ad tional building lots were ever created, and the remaining portion of t #29 i).e.
