Said trees are presently acting to give an element of privacy to owner to the east and I prefer not to disturb them, so wish to redirect the driveway to the west on an angle into my lot ~3. To do so would require I change the lot line taking a triangular piece of land approximately one eighth of an acre off Lot ~2, which I own and deeding it to Lot ~3 which I own also.
