RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the site plan for Gordon Schlaefer located at Southold for construction of an addition on an existing building to be used for retail sales and storage, site plan dated as amended May 9, 1986 and supplemental landscaPe plan dated May 16, 1986 subject to: 1. Payment of $100 filing fee. 2. Receipt of approval of the Suffolk County Department of Public Works for the curb cut. Upon receipt of the approval from the County, would you please submit a copy to our office. Upon receipt of same, the Chairman will endorse the surveys. Box 1412 Southold, NY 11971 Re: Gordon Schlaefer Dear Mr. Strang: Please let this confirm the following action taken by the Southold Town Planning Board, Monday, May 5, 1986. RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board refer the site plan for Gordon Schlaefer for an addition on an existing building to be used for a retail store, located at Country Route 48, Southold, to the Building Department. Survey dated as amended April 17, 1986. Would you please forward three (3) of the above mentioned surveys for our referral to the Building Department. It was also requested that a landscape plan be submitted, as well as an indication as to the type of pavement in the parking area. Asphalt with oil and blue stone was suggested for the pavement, by the Board at the meeting. An application will have to be made to the County for approval of the curb cut and when this has been received, would you please forward a copy to our office. Thank you.
