It was requested that the layout be revised so that the lots proposed will not have an impact on the road and any open space will be more beneficial to the community. It was also noted that there is a drainage problem due to an existing low spot which must be considered in the layout of this proposal. It was the consensus of the Board to prefer a conventional layout or a cluster with 40 , 000 square foot lots to provide more open space.
