Mr. Goodale made a lengthy objection to the action of the
Board of Appeals and Mr. Wickham informed him that the Planning
Board is only concerned with the site plan if he had any
objections to that.
Nathan Smith minor.
Mr. Raynor will come down to the office during the week and
look over this minor subdivision.
McCari subdivision.
The secretary was to inform Mr. Olsen, the attorney for the
developer, of the remarks of Mr. Tasker concerning this
subdivision through which the expressway may run. He can
contact Mr. Tasker if he wants further information.
Greton Estates.
On motion made by Mr. Raynor, seconded by Mr. Moisa, it
was
RESOLVED to grant approval of the preliminary map of
Greton Estates subject to an easement being placed along the ~
property of Otto Anrig.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Wickham, Moisa, Coyle, Raynor.
