Pietrodangelo. The eight (8) rorking areas 'md the area between them, with c,xcention of a portion of the existing driveway, are all wi thin a grassed area. The owners apparently intended to use the grass areas for parking. I advised ~~. Pietrodangelo that in time the areas would not be useable in wet weather, frost caning out of the ground, etc. I would recommend that the topsoil be removed in the above-mentioned area, with exception of the last 2S ft. of the driveway, replaced with bankrun, as necessary, and surfaced with a course of one (1") inch of stoneblend. The existing driveway apnears to be stabilized.
