Site Plan
Dear Mr. Lessard:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town
Planning Board, Monday, November 21, 1983.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve
the site plan "John Pietrodangelo", relocation of the exist-
ing two story bUilding located on the northeast of the prop-
erty for the reconstruction of a new bUilding to be the same
size (50 square feet more or less), subject to certification
from the Building Department and a one year review by the
Planning Board.
Three copies of the site plan have been attached.

I visi ted the property and discussed the parking areas shown on the Van 'fuyl
map dated August 13, 1981 Hith Jlir. Pietrodangelo.
The eight (8) rorking areas 'md the area between them, with c,xcention of a
portion of the existing driveway, are all wi thin a grassed area. The owners
apparently intended to use the grass areas for parking. I advised ~~. Pietrodangelo
that in time the areas would not be useable in wet weather, frost caning out of
the ground, etc.
I would recommend that the topsoil be removed in the above-mentioned area,
with exception of the last 2S ft. of the driveway, replaced with bankrun, as
necessary, and surfaced with a course of one (1") inch of stoneblend. The
existing driveway apnears to be stabilized. Do not see any drainage nroblem
at present, h01"ever, it might be necessary to install a. leaching catch baSin,
say in the center of the overall parking area.
