The new zoning must be shown on the new maps. in order for the Planning Board to proceed with its review of this application we must have a copy of the right-of-way agreements between the applicant and all private owners over whose property the easement will run. To date we have received one agreement, that of Pressler. __As mentioned in our letter of October 15, 1987 in order for thqroad to be turned over to the Town in the future, th~right-of-way is to be a minimum width of fifty feet (50') for it~entire length. TO ALL PUBLIC OFFICIALS ACFING IN AN OFFICIAL CAPACITY Any plat, plan, drawing or map, which contains information or data relative to PROPERTY OR EASEMENT LINES, that does not contain the original inked or embossed seal and signature of the registered land surveyor who prepared such document is prohibited by law from being accepted by any official of this state, or of any city, county, town or village therein, charggd with the enforcemem of laws, ordinances or regulations. Furthermore, any item, included under this statute prepared by professionals other than a Registered'Land Surveyor, or any laypersons, is likewise prohibited by Law from being accepted by such government agencies; as are any alterations of such item by anyone other than a Registered Land Surveyor. According to Article 145, Section 7209 Special Provisions of the New York State Education Law: 1. All plans, specifications, plats and reports prepared by a land surveyor shall be stamped with such seal and shall also be signed, on the original with the personal signature of such land surveyor when fried with public officials. NO OFFICIAL of this state, or of any city, county, town or village therein, charged with the enforcement of laws, ordinances or regulations shall accept or approve any plans or specification that are not stamped: a. With the seal of a land surveyor licensed in this state and bearing the authorized facsimile of the signature of such land surveyor. 2. To all plans, specifications, plat~ and repons to which the seal of a land surveyor has been applied, there shall also be applied a stamp with appropriate wording warning that it is a violation of this law for any person, unless he is acting under the direction of a licensed land surveyor, to alter an item in any way. If an item bearing the seal of a land surveyor is altered, the altering land surveyor shall affix to the item his seal and the notation "altered by" followed by his signature and the date of such alteration, and a specific description of the alteration.
