Dear Mr. Wickham:
The following is excerpted from the minutes of the meeting
of September 26, 1970.
"A letter was received from William Wickham in reference to
the approved minor subdivision of Richard Babcock, located at
Calves Neck Road, Southokd, N.Y. Mr. Wickham advised the Board
that a re-survey of the property has revealed that the barn was
not located properly in the first survey and as a consequence
the lower lines of lot number 2 had to be revised to a small
extent. Mr. Wickham returned the original map as signed by the
Chairman and sent 2 copies of the corrected maps to be signed, one
for our file and one to be returned to him.
"On motion made by Mr. Raynor, seconded by Mr. Moisa, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board authorize Chairman
John Wickham to sign revised approved minor subdivision map of
Richard Babcock, with corrected survey as.amended September 8,
1970. vote of the Board: Ayes:-Messrs: Wickham, Moisa, Raynor,
Coyle, Grebe"
