With respect to the points raised in your letter, may I: submit the following comment: 1 - Building is being converted into a watch crystal manufacturing plant, ecologically and evironment- ally safe. 21 - Building will remain non conforming. 3 - Plans when competed will be submitted to Id. Y. State Department of. Labor for approval, prior to submittal to your Office. 4 - Arrangements have been made with the Village of Greenport and Suffolk County Water Authority for both domestic and sprinkler connections. 5 - Approved Suffolk County Department of Health Sewage Disposal Drawings have been left at your Office for record and file. 6 - New signs will meet all Town requirements. 7 -.All rainfall water and drainage will. be kept on premises. 8 - Paved or dust free paving will be provided. (Floor Plan included) 9 - Floodlighting is kept to Building Perimeter. No P. A. system exterior, planned.
