Dear Mr. Graseck:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board, Monday, March 3, 1986 .
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the
site plan for Carl J. Graseck for an addition on the existing
building for Southold Quarry located at North Road, Southold.
Plan dated as last amended February 7, 1986; subject to a
one-year review.
It was noted that this site plan received a waiver from
the moratorium and certification from the Building Department.
When the surveys have been endorsed, we will forward a
copy to you.

Gentlemen:
A site inspection of the drainage installation at this site was
conducted on 10/22/87. Present were Mr. Raymond Dean and Mr. C.S.
Heffernan, both from this office.
Our inspection disclosed that the drainage structure has been
installed satisfactorily and meets the requirements. We will schedule
another inspection when the grading is completed.

Gentlemen:
The above use is located in a B-1 General Business Dis-
trict. Zoning regulations for this district require side
yards of 50 '-0" total, one side yard not less than 25 '-0" ,
(Art VII Sec 100-71 Bulk Schedule. )
The proposed addition, due to the misalignment of exist-
ing building to side yard boundary lines, reduces the non-
conforming 21 '-0" set back on easterly side to a 20 ' -0"
set back.
This site plan can not be certified until a variance is
granted for further reduction of this side yard set back.
