This Declaration, made and dated the 31st day of March,
1987, by NEW YORE STATE ASSOCIATION FOR RETARDED CHILDREN,
INC., SUFFOLE CHAPTER, a domestic corporation with offices at
2900 Veterans Memorial Highway, Bohemia, New York, hereinafter
referred to as the Declarant.
