Draft Mission St~tement The Harbor Committee was established by the Fishers Island Civic Association to provide all island harbor user groups a forum for discussing harbor issues and providing the Town Board of Southold with recommendations for balanced and fair harbor policy and regulation built, in conjunction with the Fishers Island Harbormaster, on the broadest possible consensus and endorsed by the established and recognized Fishers Island Civic Association.
