Box 1251 Southold, NY 11971 Re: Request for site plan waiver for Stephen Grzesik Commercial building - 175 Boisseau Ave., Southold SCTM# 1000-62-1-16 Dear Mr. Grzesik: The following resolution was adopted by the Southold Town Planning Board at a meeting held on Monday, July 14,1997: WHEREAS. Compass Transports, SA is the owner of the property known and designated as SCTM# 1000-62-1-16 located at 175 Boisseau Ave. in Southold; and WHEREAS, Stephen Grzesik is the contract vendee of the property known and designated as SCTM# 1000-62-1-16 located at 175 Boisseau Ave. in Southold; and WHEREAS, a custom workshop is a permitted use in this Hamlet Business (HB) zone; and WHEREAS, provision has been made for 4 parking spaces, including a handicapped space, as approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals, Appl. No. 3872, dated January 9, '1990; and WHEREAS, bumper stops will be placed to define the parking spaces; and . . Page 2 Site plan waiver for Stephen Grzesik July 15, 1997 WHEREAS, an examination has been made of all uses and the existing parking was determined to be adequate for all uses; and WHEREAS, any violation of the conditions of this resolution may be grounds for rescinding this waiver; be it therefore RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board grant a waiver of site plan requirements.
