SCTM# 1000-62-1-16
Dear Mr. Grzesik:
The following resolution was adopted by the Southold Town Planning Board at a
meeting held on Monday, July 14,1997:
WHEREAS. Compass Transports, SA is the owner of the property known and
designated as SCTM# 1000-62-1-16 located at 175 Boisseau Ave. in Southold;
and
WHEREAS, Stephen Grzesik is the contract vendee of the property known and
designated as SCTM# 1000-62-1-16 located at 175 Boisseau Ave. in Southold;
and
WHEREAS, a custom workshop is a permitted use in this Hamlet Business (HB)
zone; and
WHEREAS, provision has been made for 4 parking spaces, including a
handicapped space, as approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals, Appl. No.
3872, dated January 9, '1990; and
WHEREAS, bumper stops will be placed to define the parking spaces; and

WHEREAS, an examination has been made of all uses and the existing parking
was determined to be adequate for all uses; and
WHEREAS, any violation of the conditions of this resolution may be grounds for
rescinding this waiver; be it therefore
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board grant a waiver of site plan
requirements.

Dear Chairman:
I am respectfully requesting a waiver of use for the property shown on Suffolk County
Tax Map #100-62-1-16. Formally the V.F.W. Hall, it is located just north of Wayside Market on
Boisseau Avenue, Southold.
I intend to relocate my existing business as an office supply, copy and printing service
center to this location.
