Raynor, Jr., Chairman Town of ~outhold Planning Board Town Hall Main Road 9outhold, New York 11971 Re, East End Insurance Services$ Main Road, Southold, New York Dear Mr. Haynor: This is in response to the letter of Muriel Brush, Secretary to the Planning Board, dated May 18, 1979, which letter was received in my office on May 21, 1979, the day on which a Planning Board hearing to determine off-street parking requirements for the above-captioned project pursuant to Sections 110-112 of the $outhold Town Code has been scheduled. answers to Mrs. Brush's questions are as follow: 1) Grade of traffic access to be approximately six inches according to elevations shown on map dated April 12, 1979, prepared by ~oderick Van Tuyl, P. C. 2) Lot 005.0001 Block 01.005 Section 062.00. 5) No deed restrictions or covenants are known to the contract vendees of subject property. 4) Existing zoning is "B-l," C~neral Business. 5) Outline of existing structures shown on map by Van Tuyl referred to in paragraph 1, supra. 6) No outdoor lighting or public address system is planned for subject property with exception of nor- mal entry type lights on building and light on name sign at front of property. 7) Proposed access and egress for subject prop- erty is shown on Plot Plan prepared by Albert A. Sacco and Gordon K. Ahlers, which plan also shows corner ele- vations demonstrating an essentially flat lot with no contour grading required. Proposed access and egress, include sidewalks, driveways or paved areas; show grades and cross sections of widths on roadways, sidewalks and location and size of water and sewer lines. 8. Proposed grading, screening and landscaping including type and location of street trees proposed. It is anticipated that the Board will waive the 1 per cent overage on the lot coverage. Southold, New York 11971 Gentlemen: In reviewing the proposed site plan for East End Insurance Company, Main Road, $outhold, New York. I find they are providing just enough for their business.
