Vote of. the Board: Ayes: Wickham, Raynor, Coyle bn motion made by Mr. Coyle, seconded by Mr. Raynor, it was RESOLVED to set 7:30 p.m. , Tuesday, March 27, 1979 at the Toon Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, as the time and place ✓ for a public hearing on the question of the approval of the map of the minor subdivision of Philip and Sharon Ofrias. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Wickham, Raynor, Coyle On motion made by Mr. Raynor, seconded by Mr. Coyle, it was RESOLVED to grant final approval -to the site plan of Scott-Ben subject to a one-yeas review by the Planning Board. C Vote of the Board: Ayes: Wiokham, Raynor, Coyle The Planning Board is in receipt of a letter from Benjamin Kasper regarding the possible extension directly east of Oregon Road and whose expense it might be. The construction of the road would ✓ be the sole responsibility of the developer. If the subdivision is to be five or move lots, the roads would have to be constructed according to the Highway Specifications of the Toon of Southold, a copy of which may be obtained from the Town Clerk. There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Coyle made a motion, seconded by Mr. Raynor and carried to adjourn the meeting.
