Re: · Krupski .toAlberts.on- Katz
Dear Sue:
After speaking with you concerning the subject
transaction this date, I spoke further with William Smith.
I am enclosing herewith a copy of the boundary
agreement which is made part of the contract between Andrew
Krupski as seller and Albertson-Katz as purchaser dated June
10, 1981. As I have explained, the boundary agreement can-
not be executed until such time as the purchaser has title
to the property. A closing cannot be scheduled until such
time as the Planning Board has given final approval.
Both the seller and the purchaser are obligated
to execute the boundary agreement at time of closing. After
the closing, I will undertake to provide you with a copy of
the executed boundary agreement. Once again, the closing
cannot be scheduled until the Planning Board has given final
approval.
Very truly yours,

Dear Mr. Smith:
This is to confirm our telephone conversation this morning re-
garding the materials required by the Suffolk County Department
of Planning on the minor subdivisions entitled "Paradise Point"
and "Bucci Corners, Joseph Krupski".
It is required that the map of Paradise Point have the metes and
bounds labeled on it. Approximate dimensions are not acceptable
on subdivision referral map.
Also note, the map of Joseph Krupski must be complete, including
dimensions and areas of each parcel. The label "Minor Subdivision"
should be included in the title, either stamped or written. In ad-
dition please note zoning classification on the map.
If you have any questions, please contact this office. We will ex-
pedite the proceedings as soon as we are in receipt of the above
corrected maps.
