I am enclosing herewith a copy of the boundary agreement which is made part of the contract between Andrew Krupski as seller and Albertson-Katz as purchaser dated June 10, 1981. As I have explained, the boundary agreement can- not be executed until such time as the purchaser has title to the property. A closing cannot be scheduled until such time as the Planning Board has given final approval. Both the seller and the purchaser are obligated to execute the boundary agreement at time of closing. After the closing, I will undertake to provide you with a copy of the executed boundary agreement. Once again, the closing cannot be scheduled until the Planning Board has given final approval.
