I am enclosing herewith, Application for Approval, Environmental Assessment form and letter to the Suffolk County Planning Board, all of which involve premises presently being improved by the United States Postal Service, and located upon a site conveyed to them in 1981. The abutting owner on all sides is Pudge Corp., the Applicant herein.
