We have previously sub- mi tted a site plan to the Town Planning Board and they have requested us to seek approval from you for access to the municipal parking lot which adjoins the plot. It would be our intention to construct a four to five foot walkway from the parking area to the entrance of the building. All costs and maintenance would of course be our expense. I have enclosed a copy of a survey and site plan which was approved by the Planning Board for your reference and please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions.
