Town Planning Board, Monday, July 29, 1985.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the
set-off for Location Systems located at Fishers Island, for .38
acres to merge with property owned by Mary Leyland.
Enclosed is your check No. 714 which was presented at
the Board meeting. Upon further review of the file, the application
fee of $50 was paid on May 20, 1985.

Re: Set-off application of Location Systems, Inc.
Dear Board Members:
We submit on behalf of Location Systems, Inc. a map of property
at Fishers Island which shows a parcel of .385 acres which is to
be annexed to the existing parcel of Mary F. Leyland. The road
parcel had been part of a larger 5+ acre parcel owned by Location
Systems~ Inc.
Location Systems, Inc. a wholly owned corporation of George
Leyland, husband of Mary F. Leyland, wishes to sell off the 5+
acre parcel to the north of the road and at the same time the
Leylands wish to retain control of the road for purposes of
access to their parcel as well as landscaping the area around
the road.
As indicated~ the parcel is relatively small, will not have any
impact on adjoining owners and is chiefly utilized as access
to the Leyland parcel. We have also enclosed our check in the
sum of $ 50.00 made payable to the Planning Board of the Town
of Southold together with the appropriate application form.
Would you kindly place this matter on your agenda for the next
meeting of the Planning Board and advise this office as to the
date and time so that we may be present on behalf of the
applicant~

The following statements are offered for your consideration
in the review of the above-mentioned minor subdivision and its
referral to the Suffolk County Planning Commission:
(1) No grading, other than foundation excavation for a
residential building is proposed.
(2) No new roads are proposed and no changes will be made in
the grades of the existing roads.
(3) No new drainage structures or alteration of existing
