Dear Mr. Heidtmann:
The above mentioned site plan has been reviewed and it is
requested that the following information is needed prior to
review by the Planning Board:
*Lot, block, and section number, if any or the property taken
from tax records
*Name and address of the o~er of record
*Name and address of the person preparing the map
*Date, North arrow and written and graphic scale
*Sufficient description or information to precisely define the
boundaries of the property. All distances shall be in feet and
tenths of a foot. Ail angles shall be given to the nearest ten
seconds or closer. The error of closure shall not exceed one
in ten thousand.
*The locations, name, and existing width of adjacent streets and
curblines and curbcuts adjacent and across the street
*The location and owners of all adjoining lands] as shown on the
latest tax records,
*Location, width and purpose of all existing and proposed
easements, setbacks, reservations, and areas dedicated to public
use within or adjoining property.

datum satisfactory to the Board. Show current and proposed grades

outcrops isolated trees with a diameter of eight inches or
measured three feet above the base of the trunk and other

§ 100-55.9. Applicability.
All .f the provisions of the Code of the Town of Southold not incon-
sistent or in conflict with the provisions of this Article shall be appli-
cable in the AHD District.
ARTICLE VI
B Light Business District
§ 100-60. Use regulations.
In a B District, no building or premises shall be u~ed;, and no
building or part of a building shall be erected or altered, which is
arranged, intended or designed to be used, in whole or in part, for
any uses except the fo]lowing:
A. Pormltted u~es, subject to site plan approval by the
Planning Board in accordance with Article XIII hereof.

(1) Any permitted u~e~ set forth in, and as regulated by,
the following provisions of this chapter:
(a) Subsection Al2} and (3) of § 100-30.
(b) Subsection A(31 of § 100-40.
(21 Business, professional and governmental offices.
(3} Banks and financial institutions.
(4} Retail stores.
(5} Restaurants.
(6} Bakeshops (for on-premia~ sale at retail}.
(7) Laundromats and similar e~tablishments.
{8) Personal service stores and shops.
(9) Marinas for the docking, mooring and accommodation
of noncommercial boats, including the sale of fuel and
oil primarily for the use of boats accommodated in
such marina.'
