RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board grant sketch plan approval sUbject to submission of final maps showing the proposed drainage, submission of road profiles for a 25 foot Right-of-Way with 20 feet of paving, and health approval. Sketch plan approval is conditional upon submission of final maps within six months of sketch approval, unless an extension of time is granted by the Planning Board. Four of the six maps must enclude Health Department Approval (Article 6). If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office. .. Prior to recommending the issuence of final approval I want to know if your office has any problem with the proposed siting of the road. When built, the paved portion of the right-of-way will intersect with C.R. 48 as close to a 900 angle as possible. Your assistance is appreciated.
