WHEREAS, the Declarant is the owner of certain lands situate, lying and being in southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk county, New York, containing 40,727 square feet more particularly bounded and described in Schedule A annexed hereto; and WHEREAS, the easterly portion of the aforesaid property de- scribed in Schedule A and denoted as "Parcel One" on the "Map of Property Surveyed for Walter N. Pharr, Jr., dated July 8, 1982, for an amended set-off previously granted by the Planning Board. 2. Short Environmental Assessment Form. 3. Six (6) copies of a survey of property surveyed for Walter N. Pharr, Jr., prepared by Van Tuyl & Son, amended June 15, 1982. 4. Declaration of Covenant and Restriction dated July 8, 1982, signed by Walter N. Pharr, Jr. (proposed). The Planning Board previously granted a "set-off"for Parcel One of the property shown on the survey consisting of 30,104 square feet. This application is to amend the previously granted application by enlarging the set-off to include the 10,623 square feet shown in Parcel Two. The reason for this application is the Suffolk County Department of Health has refused Mr. Pharr's application for the installation of a private well as the original parcel contained only 30,104 square feet in spite of the approval received from the Southold Town Board of Appeals. The Health Department has indicated they will grant Mr. Pharr's application if the total area of the parcel is 40,000 square feet, hence the reason for the amended application. C\ f:> W\. . . .
