Raynor : The proposed six parking spaces do not comply to the required 10 foot minimum width , 100-112 C . The County Highway only approved one ingress-egress . "Retail Stores" is a permitted use in the B Zone ( 100-60 A , 4 ) and the storage for the retail stores is a permitted accessory . Whole sale is not a permitted use . Off-street parking shall be provided . Reasonable and appro- priate off-street parking requirements for the structure and use shall be determined by the Planning Board , 100-112 A . There are two retail sale areas with approximately 400 square feet each , or a total of 800 . Also on the main floor in back is about 3500 sq . feet of storage area . The plans indicate storage in the cellar with about 4700 sq . feet of floor area. The building does not violate the front or rear yard require- ments . No side yard is required and there is no percentage of min- imum lot coverage requirement . Only one building has been applied for . Any future building will need to comply to the codes at that time . I do not consider this one building with two retail areas as a shopping center , 100-62 . A "Residential Zone" adjoins the westerly property line and the northerly rear lot line . Across the street is "B Zone .
