Dear Mr. Bruer:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board, Monday, October 21, 1985.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board recommend
that the property of Wallace McCarvill remain as one building
lot, since the proposed subdivision is not in compliance with
the current two-acre zoning.

Re: Proposed Set-off for
Wallace McCarvill
Dear Mr. Bruer:
The Planning Board reviewed the above mentioned application
at the meeting of Monday, October 7.
It was the consensus of the Planning Board to conduct a
field inspection of the premises prior to any further action
or recommendations.
It was also noted that since the lots are less than the
current two-acre zoning, a lot variance will be needed. Therefore,
would you please see the Building Department on the procedure
and application for the Board of Appeals.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact
