Board, Monday, July 14, 1986.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve
the lot-line change for Elizabeth Blua located at Fishers Island,
survey dated June 18, 1986.
Please forward 3 surveys indicating that this is a lot-line
change rather then a set-off.

To be included in Resolution for Blua Lot Line Change:
Since said Lots 1 and 2 shown of the Lot Line Change Plan prepared by
Chandler, Palmer and King, dated June 2, 1986, revised 6/18/86 and
7/ /86, are part of the property included in the Olmstead Plan for
Fishers Island, each of said Lots 1 and 2 shall continue to enjoy
all of the set ~ck and other rights which have been accorded to building
lots under the Olmstead Plan.

Elizabeth Blua - description of entire property
A certain tract or parcel of land with the building thereon, located
on Fishers Island, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and
State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly slide of a road, said point being
located 1952.93 feet South of a point which is 1556.12 feet West of a
monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "NIN" and thence running South 82 degrees 13
minutes 20 seconds East 151.90 feet to a point; thence South 60
degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds East 262.67 feet to the shore of Block
~sland Sound; thence following the meanders of said shore line on
the following three courses: South 34 degrees 26 minutes 55 seconds
West 277.65 feet; South 20 degrees 28 minutes 50 seconds Wes~ 173.19
feet and South 38 degrees 46 minutes 24 seconds West 214.54 feet;
thence North 63 degrees: 28 minutes 00 seconds West 88.00 feet to a
point; thence North 38 degrees 52 minutes 50 seconds West 284.42 feet
to a monument on the Southeasterly line of said road, said monument
being ~t a point of curve to the left whose radius is 752.62 feet and
the direction of whose radius at that point is North 25 degrades 17
minutes 47 seconds West; thence Northeastwardly along said road line
and fo]lowing the arc ef said curve 50.0{1 fe~ ~ ~ monument; thence
continuing along said road line and following the arc ,Df sa~d curve
36.01 feet to a point ef curve to the left whose radius is 321.70
