RE: Goose Island Corporation
Date: March 30, 1988
This site was inspected on March 28, 1988 by Victor Lessard, Curt
Horton, Ken Edwards, and Melissa Spiro.
Landscaping as shown on site plan is not in place. The site is
'~,~currently without any landscaping. Landscaping should be planned
~ ~U~with the consideration of the site and its elements. The site is
gravel with no definition of the adjacent properties. Bayberry
and P~tch P~nes should be used to define and screen the adjacent
properties. Landscaping needs to also be put in the planters in
front of the restaurant as shown on the site plan.
The dumpster can not be located behind the utility room as the
propane tanks are also located there. The propane tanks need to
be fenced in and landscaped. The dumpster can be located on the
north side of the restaurant on the west side. This also needs
to be fenced.
The propane tanks that are presently stored on the east side of
the property near the water need to be placed in the storage
area, fenced and screened as shown on the site plan.
The outside deck must be accessible to the handicapped, this can
~e done by changing the configuration of the existing rope fence.
