Meeting Minutes for 4/105, 6:00pm
Fishers Island Village Office
In attendance:
Judi Imbriglio, Karla Heath, Sara McLean, Gail Cypherd
. There has been no progress on the CME update or the 501 <<::I 3 yet.
. We need an update from Mere about the brochure pictures and presentation for
the Gazette and Fog Horn.
. John and Sara have a draft letter for FIDCO and Sara hopes to meet with FIDCO
May 14th. Adjustments have been made to the letter and Sara will fmalize.
. Harold has verbally committed to having his food place open during bowling
alley hours of operation.
. Next the 501 <<::13 issue was addressed.
o Are we out of charitable foundations to approach?
o IPP and FICA, Gail will approach IPP and Trudi Edwards as well as talk
with Heather Burnham from FICA.
o Where do we go next?
o We need to get a lawyer and ask details about how this 501 process goes
and how long it can all take. We need a concrete number.
o Gail will call Michael Roberts about the 501, cost and timing.
. Sarah Goulard wondered about insulation and heating costs that are not covered in
the CME estimate.
The next meeting will be Monday the 2nd or 9th of May at 6:30pm. Does 6:30 pm work
for more people? Judi will finalize through Email.
