CALL TO ORDER
SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF EDUCATION
FISHERS ISLAND SCHOOL DISTRICT
June 16, 1999
Meeting was held in Faculty Housing Unit T-2 and was called to order
at 12:35 p.m. by Board of Education president James Suedmeier.

Kathleen Koehnen, Superintendent, and Robert Sapir, negotiator
J. Suedmeier led the Pledge of Allegiance
Motion by C. Edwards, seconded by J. Edwards, and carried, the Board
adjourned to Executive Session at 12:40 p.m. to discuss negotiations.
Motion by C. Edwards, seconded by J. Edwards, and carried, the Board
returned to Regular Session at 1 :45 p.m.
Motion by C. Edwards, seconded by J. Edwards, and carried, the Board
adjourned the meeting at 1 :45 p.m.
