I am enclosing herewith the following:
1. Application for approval.
2. Copy of survey of present existing premises of
applicant Elizabeth F. Husband.
3. Copy of survey showing premises to be conveyed.
4. Copy of survey of premises of Dorothy M. Russell
which is endorsed "Plan made for Thomas W. Russell"
and was prepared by Chandler & Palmer in March, 1973.
5. Our check in the amount of $10.00 in payment of fee.
The history of this situation is that Mrs. Elizabeth F. Husband
acquired the premises to be subdivided in the Summer of 1981.
Thomas W. Russell, who handles his mother's affairs, approached
Mrs. Husband about conveying to Dorothy M. Russell a strip of
land fifty feet in width to be added to Mrs. Russell's property
in that Mrs. Russell's present driveway encroaches upon the
Husband property and the garage on the Russell property is
very close to the boundary line, and it is the desire of the
Russells to enlarge the parcel owned by Mrs. Russell to overcome
these problems. What it amounts to is simply an add-on to the
Russell property and does not create any new lot.
Will you kindly approve this subdivision so that I can go forward
with the preparation of the deed? I would appreciate some written
confirmation of your approval, and if you require any additional
surveys of the parcel to be added to the Russell parcel, kindly
advise me and I will furnish the same.
