The-following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board, Monday, February 23, 1987.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board, following
a field inspection of the premises, approve the set - off
for Fishers Island Utility Company to set off .287 acres to
be conveyed to the St. John's Cemetery located at Crescent
Avenue, Fishers Island, subject to:
1. Receipt of amended surveys with a notation that
the .287 acre parcel is not to be a building lot.
Upon receipt of the amended surveys, they will be endorsed.
