This letter requests that three lots of land which the Lathams own in Orient be merged into one lot . The Assessors ' office has informed me that this request is all that is needed to merge these lots . There is no need for a deed to be drawn up merging these lots . Also enclosed you will find a copy of a deed from Elbert E. Luce and Carole Luce to Nancy Robin Goldstein and Gail A. Cohen dated December 22, 1994 which merges former SCTM#1000- 18-2-14 and part of former SCTM#1000-18-2-16 . 14 .
