This project is unlisted and an initial determination of nonsignificance has been made. We wish to coordinate this action to confirm our initial determination. May we have your views on this matter. RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board declare themselves lead agency under the State Environmental Quality Review Act for the minor subdivision of Caravanos and Mirros located at Orient for two lots on 5 acres. SCTM 1000-15-8-24. It was the consensus of the Board to request that the survey indicate the flood plain. It was also requested that Article 6 approval, pursuant to the Health Department Sanitary Code, be obtained as well as approval or review by the Department of Environmental Conservation prior to any further action by the Planning Board.
