Dear Mr. Lessard:
Please let this confirm the following action taken by
the Southold Town Planning Board, Monday, September 15, 1986.
RESOVLED that the Southold Town Planning Board recommend
to the Building Department that a certificate of occupancy
be issued for the site improvements to Strong's Marineland
located at Mattituck, following a field inspection.
This is in reference to the construction of an addition,
to the North of the existing building to be used for boat
storage only.

Dear Sir:
An inspection of the above referenced property on February
12, 1991, showed a revolving sign in front of the building.
Revolving signs are prohibited by Town Code (Section
100-20)-G), "Signs with visible moving, revolving or rotating
parts are prohibited."
This sign must be removed in order to comply with the Town
Code.
If the sign is not removed within two weeks from the date
of this letter, the matter will be turned over to the Code
Enforcement Officer for further action.

Dear Mr. Strong:
Please let this confirm the request of the Planning Board,
at the Monday, September 10, 1984 meeting.
Prior to any further action, it was the consensus of the
Board to conduct a field inspection of the property. The Board
