DESCRIPTION OF ACTION The minor subdivision of Raymond & Joan Young is a two-lot sub- division located at Mattituck. The project has been determined not to have a significant effect on the environment for the following reasons: An environmental assessment has been submitted which indicated that no significant adverse effects to the environment were l~kely to occur should the project be implemented as planned. Because there has ~een no response in the allotted time from the New York state Department of Environmental Con- servation it is asdumed that there is no objection nor comments by that a~ency. The Suffolk County iDepartment of Health Services has in- dicated its agreem~nt with the lead agency designation. A precursory revie~ indicates that the project will be in violation of the S1ffolk County Sanitary Code, Aritcle 6, in that the propos~d lot areas will be less than 40,000 square feet in the ,area and private wills and septic systems are proposed.
