Gorman Laurel Lake Mattituck, NY 11952 RE: Site Plan for Gorman Associates Dear Mr. Gorman: The Planning Board made an inspection of the above mentioned proposal for an addition on the office building. It was the consensus of the Board to request that all of the missing site plan elements be added to the site plan and the plans be stamped and signed by a licensed surveyor, engineer or architect. Enclosed is a list of all the site plan elements. Of those noted missing are: drainage calculations, topographic information, sign location. It was also noted that as per the square footage of the office building 7 parking spaces will be needed. Upon receipt of the above information, the Planning Board will schedule this matter on the next available agenda. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our office. If the site development plan indictes only a first stage, a supplementary plan shall indicate ultimate develoment.
