Dear Mr. Olsen:
The following actions were taken by the Southold Town Planning Board,
Monday, November 29, 1982.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board declare itself lead
agency in regard to the State Environmental Quality Review Act in
the matter of the minor subdivision of Arthur J. Sarno to Sam Millin
and Robert Kleinschmidt, located at Cutchogue. An initial determin-
ation of nonsignificance has been made.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve a set off
(106-13) on the property of Arthur J. Sarno owner of lots 72, 73 &74,
in which lot #72 will merge with the northerly property of Robert
Kleinschmidt and lots #73 & 74 will merge with the southerly property
of Sam Mi llen.
Please forward six (6) copies of the mentioned map to our office for
our referrals under the State Environmental Quality Review Act. When
completed, the Chairman will endorse approval, two copies will be
returned to your office.

properties as applied for. (Please note the solid north-

and a copy of the map of the minor subdivision of Arthur J. Sarno,
mapped for Kleinschmidt and Millen, located at Cutchogue.
This project is unlisted and an initial determination of
non-significance has been made. We wish to coordinate this
action to confirm our initial determination in our role as lead
agency.
May we have your views on this matter. Written comments
on this project will be received at this office until December 29,
1982. We shall interpret lack of response to mean there is no
objection by your agency in regard to the State Environmental

Let this confirm that due to the recent development at Van
Tuyl's office, I was only able to obtain three (3) copies of
the survey.
Let this also confirm our conversation of November 22nd,
1982, at which time you stated that it would be alright to
close title. Mr. Kleinschmidt is aware that Lot #72 will
merge with his present lots #70 and #71. Mr. Millin is
aware that Lots 73 and 74 will merge with his prese ots
75, 76 and 77.
