subdivision of the progerty.
2. Filing of covenants and restrictions as to no further

Commission maps of the property. They will probably act on

The following action was taken at a regular meeting of
the Southold Town Planning Board held June 21, 1976.
RESOLVED to approve the sketch map of the minor subdivisi~n
of property known as "Laurel Acres" owned by Hans Rein and The
Estate of Nicholas Plccione, said map dated April 12, 1976.
I enclose application which you must complete in duplicate
and return to this office together with a check in the amoun~
of $40 which represents the application fee of $10 per lot.
I will require twelve copiesof your map in its final
form containing contours or Spot elevations as I believe this
property is ~e~in 500 feet of Pecon~c Bay. If your engineeT~
should state otherwise, this requirementw~ll not be necessary.

I spoke to Mr. I~ein on Tuesday January 2~, 1)77 and he told me he
would speak to his partners abo~:t keeping the road ten feet from the
fence and paving only fiftee~ feet of the twenty-five foot right-
of-way. He said he would prefer to use sedond street as an entrance
if tPis would be permissible by 'the beard.

As owner of the property west of the forraer Cmap Immaculata,
I would like to register a grievance a?ainst the road being con-
structed along the west boundary. The reason for this complaint
is that the struct~re on ray property is locaved at the bo]~ndary
