Mr. Rein has made an agreement with Mr. Finn as to the cons~ction of the right-of-way. Yours truly, Muriel Brush, Secretary Southold Town Planning Board Enclosure January 27, 1977 Dear Sirs; I spoke to Mr. I~ein on Tuesday January 2~, 1)77 and he told me he would speak to his partners abo~:t keeping the road ten feet from the fence and paving only fiftee~ feet of the twenty-five foot right- of-way. He said he would prefer to use sedond street as an entrance if tPis would be permissible by 'the beard. The board indicated to me that second street had a flooding problem, street. proble~ns I would app,,eciate Thark you. but on checMing this fact I think it is actually third If second street ceu]d be ~sed, it would allevi~te most for all involved. the board's consideration of this possibility. Your truly, January 7, 1~77 Dear Sir; As owner of the property west of the forraer Cmap Immaculata, I would like to register a grievance a?ainst the road being con- structed along the west boundary. The reason for this complaint is that the struct~re on ray property is locaved at the bo]~ndary line a~d therefore, the road would be within two feet of the edifice. If the road is constructed as preser~tly p].a~ned, all traffic noises would be pror~iinent to the roor~s bedrooms which are on the east side of constant source of a~noyance with cars in the house especially the the building ard would be a drivit,g in ~nd out. In addition, any misjudgraent by a driver co~ld cause house or people using the gro~nds. Th~ also decrease the value of our property. it would be dangerous to people using our property since the vehicle to hit the current road site wo~ld I feel that ~t would be possible for t~,e present owner to put the road along the east bo~lndary wY~ere it w~uld not interfere w~t~ any homes in its ir.~ed~ate area. I w~:ld appreciate ~our prompt cor~sideratJor to this raatter. Thank you. Pecomic Bay Blvd. Laurel, New York May Z6, 1976 Edward P.
