Dear Mr. Olsen:
Please let this confirm the action of the Planning Board
at the regular meeting of June 4, 1984.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning approve the lot-
line change of Marguerite R. Wasson located at Mattituck,
dated August 24, 1982 and amended February 6, 1984 subject
to the receipt of a declaration and copies of the deed
that the area will be transmitted to E. Borak as a non-
buildable lot with no further subdivision in perpuity.
Please,also, forward the filing fee of $50 which has
not been received by this office. When we have received
the above declaration and deed, the Chairman will
endorse the map.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact

line, the Southold Town Planning Board reviewed this
at the regular meeting of May 7, 1984.
It was the concensus of the Board to make a field inspection
