The previous Agreement that I forwarded to you contains the original signature of Scott and Mr. Brotherton (a CSEA Labor Relations Specialist), however, Rich Zuckerman, felt that that Agreement did not reflect an original signature on behalf of the CSEA because it was not signed on the line intended. Therefore, kindly keep the attached Agreement with the prior one for your records. Also attached is a copy of the resolution authorizing Scott to sign same.
