MEMORANDUM
To:
Ms. Elizabeth A. Neville, Town Clerk
From:
Lynne Krauza
Secretary to the Town Attorney
Date:
August 18, 2006
Subject:
Memorandum of Agreement/Payroll Deduction
For your records, I am enclosing the referenced Agreement which
contains Mr. Skabry's original signature on behalf of the CSEA. The previous
Agreement that I forwarded to you contains the original signature of Scott and
Mr. Brotherton (a CSEA Labor Relations Specialist), however, Rich Zuckerman,
felt that that Agreement did not reflect an original signature on behalf of the
CSEA because it was not signed on the line intended. Therefore, kindly keep the
attached Agreement with the prior one for your records.
Also attached is a copy of the resolution authorizing Scott to sign same.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me. Thank you
for your attention.
