June 27, 2006 meetings, as amended.

story by the square footage of the requested porch (35’x10’) in order to have porch. The porch is not

Lillian Ball presented status of vacant parcels in inter-dunal swale area at Lake Drive and relayed
conversations she had with County representatives and property owners. Asked LPC members for any
available options or suggestions they may have for raising funds for possibly two lots in this
environmentally sensitive area. Melissa to ask County about ownership and status of “paper road”.

willingness to sell fee title as suggested in letter she received. Melissa has no knowledge of letter and is
following up with Peconic Land Trust. LPC members present showed interest only if landowner is willing
to sell at a significantly reduced bargain sale price consistent with practice on other small buildable
parcels. Melissa to follow-up and report back to committee.

Melissa read excepts from letter received from Keri Christ on the restoration and renovations committee
for Poquatuck Hall. Building is in need of many costly repairs and seeking funding. The Hall is on the NYS
Historical Registry and eligible for 2% CPF funding but only, it appears from LPC interpreting of Town
Code, if the Town holds a viable interest in the property. Melissa to verify Town Code with Town Attorney.
Ways of possibly aiding in the project were discussed such as a façade easement.
