The overall parcel iS part of the farm owned by the Estate of
Alexander Wilcenski ~nd consists of that part of the property
North of the railroa~ tracks.
The division in this~case is to permit Mitchell and Theresa
Wilcenski to acquire!approximately 1.34 acres from the estate
to increase their exSsting property. The small survey
enclosed shows two pgrcels, A and B, A being the property
already owned by the~Wilcenskis and B being the parcel
acquired by them.
The transfer is fromithe estate to Mitchell Wilcenski and
Theresa Wilcenski, his wife, so that the property acquired by
the Wilcenskis from the estate will merge into the existing
property owned by th~m.
