Laurel Dear Mr. Terry: Attached please find an L WRP Consistency Assessment Form being submitted in association with an application to the Board of Trustees for a Town Wetlands Permit to remove and replace (in-place) an existing timber bulkhead with a vinyl bulkhead. I have indicated that all policies are "Not Applicable," because pursuant to Town Code g95-5(A) and the corresponding definitions of "action" and "minor action" by g95-3, the submission of a L WRP Consistency Assessment Form is not required for this application, as the proposed work entails only "maintenance or repair involving no substantial changes in an existing structure or facility."
