Re: 1000-122-3-25.2
Luniewski Dock
Dear President King
and Board:
My client received a Trustees permiE for a dock this year. We
received the Army Corp. approval and we are awaiting the DEC
permit. The last item requested by the DEC were photographs of
the staking. When Bob Fox went out to re-stake the ends of the
dock this week he found that the adjacent owner had extended their
dock and boats over their property line onto my client's property.
Bob Fox has provided a drawing of the adjacent dock and boats which
is attached. As you can see the neighbor's dock and Boat
significantly impacts our approved dock.
We ask that the Board review this matter, we were not given
notice of a permit. My client objects to the placement of dock
and float so close to his property. The neighbor's expanded dock
impacts my client's approved dock.
Please advise.
Very tr~y yours,
Patricia C. Moore
