Anderson: The oard of Town Trustees took the following action during its regular meeting held on Wed. July 19, 2006 regarding the above matter: WHE EAS, Suffolk Environmental Consulting, Inc. on behalf of PETER A. COOPER appli d to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of Chapter 275 of th Southold Town Code, the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, appli ation dated June 19,2006, and, WHE EAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Coun il and to the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Coordinator for their findings and r commendations, and, WHE EAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said appli ation on July 19, 2006, at which time all interested persons were given an oppo unity to be heard, and, WHE EAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the prem ses in question and the surrounding area, and, WHE EAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted cone rning this application, and, 2 . . WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 275 of the Sout~old Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the healt~, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOw! COOPER to re ove the timber sheathing (125 linear ft.) from the existing timber bulkhead and repla e with vinyl sheathing, as well as timber top and bottom stringers (6"X 6"), timber top f lIowers (3"X 6"), a timber top cap (2"X 18" - 24") and helical screws to stabilize the bulkh ad in lieu of a typical deadman system.
