Herrmann: The ~oard of Town Trustees took the following action during its regular meeting held on Wed., June 21,2006 regarding the above matter: WHE~EAS' En-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of FREDRIC FABIANO & HILDA HUT HERSON applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provi ions of Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated May 30,2006, and, WHEfEAS' said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Coun II and to the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Coordinator for their findings and r commendations, and, , , WHE~EAS' a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said appli ation on June 21,2006, at which time all interested persons were given an oppo unity to be heard, and, WHE~EAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the prem~ses in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted conc1rning this application, and, 2 . . WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOWTHE'REFORE BE IT, RESdlL VED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of FREDRIC FABIANO & HILJDA HUTCHERSON to construct a 4'X 72' timber staircase with platforms down bluff ~ce and 4'X 4' steps to beach at seaward end, and as depicted on the plans prep~red by En-Consultants, Inc. dated May 19, 2006.
