Re: AnneISucher.1-4738-???
Dear Ms. Westerlind:
~' '
'-..., -'---.
The capti()ned application recently assigned to you contains an error in the submitted land survey, project
descriptio~, and project plan, all of which reference the need to remove and replace (for the purpose of the
bulkhead tepl~ment) a 6' x 20' float, when in fact the dimensions of the existing float are 6' x 40'.
Thus, plelj,se correct our application accordingly and substitute the attached surveys and plans for those
submittedlwith our application.
Please alsp find attached a copy of a letter from the Cleaves Point Property Owners Association, which
authorizes the proposed incidental dredging of the canal bottom, which is privately owned by the
Association.
By copy of this letter and attached documents, I am similarly notifying all other involved regulatory
agencies cif this information.
Should YOll have any questions or require any additional information, please let me know.
Res ly yours,

Delll1 Mr. Terry:
Atta~hed please find an LWRP Consistency Assessment Form being submitted in association
withian application to the Board of Trustees for a Town Wetlands Permit to remove and replace
(in-~Iace) an existing timber bulkhead with a vinyl bulkhead and incidentally dredge a maximum
of 2$ cubic yards lost backfill material from a IO-foot area adjacent to the new bulkhead, which
shal~ be used as backfill landward of the new bulkhead.
I ha1'e indicated that all policies are "Not Applicable," because pursuant to Town Code ~95-5(A)
and the corresponding definitions of "action" and "minor action" by ~95-3, the submission of a
L W~ Consistency Assessment Form is not required for this application, as the proposed work
entaIls only "maintenance or repair involving no substantial changes in an existing structure or
