Upon review of this it is impossible to determine what, if any, rights Razmataz has to utilize Mr. Crenshaw's prop- erty. I believe at the time, both you amd Mr. Cron represen- ted that it was a lease and/or a formal agreement leased be- tween parties for a length of 10 years. In order for us to pursue a site plan of Mr. Crenshaw, it is paramount that we resolve the parking question and whether or not a formal agreement exists; obviously, this will also have a direct effect on the Razmataz site plan.
