Please be advised that the Southold Town Planning Board
reviewed the minor subdivision application on property of
Jean Schneider at their regular meeting held on January 17,
1972 and the following resolution was passed by the Board:
"IT WAS RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board
deny the application of Jean Schneider for proposed minor
subdivision of her property located at private road off S/S
Main Road, East Marion, New York.
This application is denied on the basis of insufficient
lot area - less than 40,000 sq. ft. of area per lot."
