The following resoluti(�n was adopted by the outhold Town
Planning Board at a meeting held on Monday, March 16, 1992.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planni g Board grant
a ninety ( 90) day extension of conditional final pproval.
Conditional final approval was granted on Septemb r 9, 1991. The
